Tim Schneider, Creative Director (HEIMAT, Berlin)

 

Tim Schneider was born in Buxtehude (yes, there really is a place called that) and studied graphic design in Hamburg. He began his career with BBDO and Grabarz&Partner before moving to Berlin with his copywriter in 2000 to work for HEIMAT, Berlin.

 

The agency was founded in 1999. In 2001 it was named ‘Newcomer Agency of the Year’, and ‘Agency of the Year’ (HORIZONT) in 2009. HEIMAT, Berlin’s clients include Audi, Burger King, CCN international, the German Red Cross, Ferrero (Giotto, Hanuta, TicTac, Wintersorten), Fonic, Hornbach, McKinsey Deutschland, McFit, Vivendi, Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and Solon. Tim Schneider’s work has been honoured with well over 100 national and international awards. These include Cannes, Eurobest, Epica, New York Festivals and the German ADC, to name but a few. Tim has been a member of the Art Directors’ Club in Germany since 2004. He has been on a number of juries, including the ADC, Golden Hammer and the Lead Awards.

 

Tim works and lives with his family in Kreuzberg.
